Brand joined International IDEA in Sep 2020. His responsibility is to lead, direct and develop International IDEA\u2019s country program in Myanmar<\/a> He has significant experience working on democratic governance, constitutional and rule of law reform in Myanmar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brand has worked with various organizations in different countries for governance programming. Brand has a doctoral degree in international and constitutional law and has authored and published a number of articles and studies on constitutional change, international conflict, and sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
